Director, Founder and Markets Commentator

Mr. Cramer founded TheStreet, Inc. with Dr. Martin Peretz in 1996. He is currently a Director and Markets Commentator.

Mr. Cramer graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, where he was President of The Harvard Crimson. He then worked as a journalist at the Tallahassee Democrat and the Los Angeles Herald Examiner, covering everything from sports to homicide, before moving to New York to help start American Lawyer magazine. After a three year stint, Mr. Cramer entered Harvard Law School and received his J.D. in 1984. Instead of practicing law, however, he joined Goldman Sachs, where he worked in sales and trading. In 1987 he left Goldman to start his own hedge fund. While he worked at his fund, he helped start Smart Money for Dow Jones and then in 1996, co-founded TheStreet. In 2000, he retired from active money management to embrace media full-time, including radio and television. Currently, Mr. Cramer is a markets commentator for CNBC and TheStreet. In addition to his daily writing for TheStreet's RealMoney and Action Alerts PLUS, as well as his participation in various video segments on TheStreet TV, Mr. Cramer serves as host of CNBC's Mad Money television program.

Mr. Cramer is the author of "Getting Back to Even," "Confessions of a Street Addict," "You Got Screwed," "Jim Cramer's Real Money," and "Jim Cramer's Mad Money" and is a frequent contributor to New York magazine. He has been featured on 60 Minutes, Nightly News with Brian Williams, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, and Today with Katie Couric and Matt Lauer.


Mr. Espy has over 25 years of experience in finance.  After joining Merrill Lynch in 1983 as a vice president, mortgage finance officer and mortgage securities trader, he served in various roles until being named a Managing Director of Investment Banking and Head of the Financial Institutions Restructuring Group in 1989 and then Co-Head of the Depository Institutions Mergers and Acquisitions Department in 1993.  After departing Merrill Lynch in 1995, among other ventures, Mr. Espy served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LinkShare Corporation, a pioneering online affiliate marketing company, from 2000 to 2001, and later served on the Board of Directors of Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co., a mortgage company, from 2004 to 2007.  Mr. Espy currently serves on the National Advisory Council of the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, a role he has enjoyed for over 13 years.  Mr. Espy holds M.A. and B.S. degrees in Economics from the University of Florida.


Ms. Fay has served as a director of the Company since May 2012 and has over 20 years of experience in the media services industry, with a track record of developing and implementing groundbreaking new models for advertising and media. Since May 2009, Ms. Fay has been an independent consultant providing executive advice to businesses in advertising and technology. From April 2008 to May 2009, Ms. Fay served as Chief Executive Officer of Aegis Media North America, a media and digital marketing communications company, where she was also responsible for launching and growing a significant part of that business during her eleven year tenure. Prior to this position, Ms. Fay served as President of Carat Fusion, Inc., where she managed the growth and integration strategy for the digital and one-to-one agency services that fall within Isobar U.S., Aegis' global network of digital marketing services which Fay helped to launch and grow. During her tenure at Aegis, she converted what began as an interactive media shop to a full service digital marketing agency and led the charge to acquire and integrate five specialist digital marketing firms: Vizium, Lot 21, Freestyle Interactive, iProspect, and Molecular. Ms. Fay serves on the board of directors of several prominent independent digital marketing and advertising companies, such as [x+1], NeoMedia Technologies, Inc., inPowered, Inc., Celtra, Inc., Engauge, Women's Marketing, Inc. and SocialFlow. Ms. Fay also chairs the board of governors for DMG Group, which owns and operates ad:tech, iMedia Summits, CMO Summits and The Digital Collective. In addition, Ms. Fay participates as a board advisor to several startups in the advertising technology space including Evidon Adelphic Mobile, Verve Wireless, Linkable Networks, and associations MITX and the Ad Club of Boston.

Mr. Kramer has over 40 years of experience in media and publishing. He currently serves on the board of directors of Gannett Co., Inc. and previously served Gannett Co., Inc. as President and Publisher of USA TODAY from May 2012 to June 2015. Prior to joining Gannett, he was a media consultant and adjunct professor of Media Management at the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University. From January 2008 to January 2010, Mr. Kramer was a Senior Advisor of Polaris Venture Partners. From March 2005 until March 2008, he served in a number of positions at CBS, including President of CBS Digital Media. Prior to joining CBS, he was Chairman, CEO and Founder of MarketWatch, Inc. until its sale to Dow Jones in January 2005. He was Founder, Executive Editor, and President of Data Sport Inc. from 1991-1994 and joined Data Broadcasting Corp. as Vice President in 1994 following its acquisition of Data Sport. Prior to founding Data Sport, he spent more than 20 years in journalism as a reporter and editor, including as Assistant Managing Editor and Metro Editor of the Washington Post and Editor of the San Francisco Examiner. While a journalist, he won several awards for reporting, including the National Press Club Award, and while an editor, his staffs won two Pulitzer Prizes. Mr. Kramer serves on the board of directors of Harvard Business Publishing and the board of trustees of Syracuse University. He was a founding board member and former Chairman of The Online Publishers Association and previously served on the public company boards of Discovery Communications, Inc. (2008-2012), Answers Corp. (2005-2011) and MarketWatch Inc. (1999-2005).

BOD Lundberg
Mr. Lundberg has over 25 years of experience in the information services, media and publishing industry as a director and finance officer of public and private media companies. Mr. Lundberg joined TST as CFO in January 2016 and in February 2019 took on the additional responsibility of CEO. Previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ALM Media, LLC, an integrated media company focused on the legal and commercial real estate sectors, from January 2008 to January 2015. He was also a member of ALM Media's board of directors. Mr. Lundberg joined ALM Media from Penton Media, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer from November 2006 to January 2008. Prior to joining Penton Media, Mr. Lundberg held various financial positions within American Lawyer Media (predecessor to ALM Media, LLC), including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, from 1995-2006. Mr. Lundberg holds a B.S. in accounting from Lehigh University.

Ms. Morgan has served as a director of the Company since September 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in senior roles in media. She is currently an Executive in Residence of Liontree Advisors, LLC, and serves as an Advisor to LearnVest, a personal financial website targeted to women. She has served in leadership roles at various media companies throughout her career including President and Chief Executive Officer of TheBlaze Inc., Chief Executive Officer of, Inc. and Senior Vice President for CBS Interactive and General Manager of at CBS News Inc. She also spent several years in investment banking in the media and entertainment group of Schroders, a global asset management company. Ms. Morgan has an M.B.A. from Harvard University. She received her BA in Political Science and Economics from Colby College, where she serves on the Board of Trustees.


Mr. Rendino, age 51, is a financial services leader with three decades of Wall Street experience and expertise in capital markets, value investing and global equity markets.  For over twenty years (1988 - 2012), Kevin was Managing Director and a Large Cap Value Manager, overseeing 11 funds and $13B in assets. Kevin was a member of Blackrock's Leadership Committee and a frequent contributor to CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Fox Business, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. From 2012 to 2016, Kevin served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RGJ Capital, where he led a Graham and Dodd approach to value investing.   Since March of 2017, Mr. Rendino, has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 180 Degree Capital, a publicly traded investment management company.  In 1988, Mr. Rendino graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College (B.S.).
