TheStreet, Inc. stock trades on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol TST.

TheStreet, Inc. priced its initial public offering on May 10, 1999, and the IPO price was $19.00. The stock began trading on the NASDAQ on May 11, 1999.

The lead underwriter was Goldman, Sachs & Co., with Hambrecht & Quist and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC also acting as underwriters.

As a company that trades publicly on the NASDAQ, shares can be bought and sold through your registered representative.

During the year ended December 31, 2016, the company did not declare or pay any cash dividends on our Common Stock or Series B Preferred Stock.
